Herzing University’s Online Division is seeking an adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate business courses!
Required Education and Experience:
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field such as statistics, data science, business with industry experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, accounting analytics, or a closely related field.
In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in STEM fields, data analytics, and business management.
An understanding of the evolving landscape of analytics applications, predictive analysis, visualizations, interactive dashboards, data mining, machine learning and AI, probability distributions and sampling, numerical inference and T-distribution, regression analysis, and other relevant industry-specific topics.
Preferred experience with implementing data science, Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, and other relevant industry-focused competencies into the curriculum.
The ideal candidate for this position has proficiency in multiple statistical software programs/environments (e.g., Mplus, R, SAS, SPSS, Stata), competency in data management, cleaning, and screening, advanced understanding of multivariate statistical modeling with an emphasis on techniques that properly account for dependencies in the data arising from factors such as nesting/clustering and/or repeated measurements, and expertise in measurement, especially as it relates to scale reliability and validity.
Google certification is a plus.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. Project management experience a plus.
Experience with curriculum design a plus.
